What Is Threads of Love?
Threads of Love is a warm, welcoming boutique located inside Fathers and Mothers Who Care (FMWC). The boutique offers clothing, shoes, hygiene and feminine care items, blankets, accessories, diapers, and men’s essentials — all at no cost to guests. Our goal is to help individuals and families meet their basic needs with dignity and care.
How Does Threads of Love Work?
Sign In at the Front Desk
Guests are asked to sign in when they arrive. This is only for tracking how many people we serve — there are no eligibility requirements.Shop With a Basket
After signing in, guests receive a shopping basket and are invited to walk through the boutique and select the items that best meet their needs.Check Out with Care
When finished, guests return to the front desk. Staff quickly scan items for inventory purposes and then neatly pack them into a reusable tote bag.
You choose what you need. We provide the support, privacy, and respect you deserve.
(Due to the High Volume of Incoming Participants. We now work on an order form-based system. You will call in, complete the form, and be called to schedule a pickup date, time, and location.)

Donations: New and gently used items are always appreciated. We also welcome monetary donations to help us support our mission. If you would like to make a financial contribution, you can do so by cash or check. Simply visit the front desk during business hours or contact our staff for more information on how to donate.
Volunteer Opportunities: Threads of Love welcomes volunteers to assist with sorting, organizing, and ensuring the boutique is well-stocked and well-maintained. Reach out to our staff to learn more about volunteer opportunities.
